Guarantee Replacement

1. We reserve the right to re-inspect any previously treated areas before agreeing to the name transfer of a guarantee and to decline any guarantee transfer. 2.By accepting the transfer of this guarantee, the new beneficiary agrees to all terms and conditions and additions under which the guarantee was originally issued. 3. All original relevant documentation must be presented when making a claim. In the event that documentation is presented incomplete, it will be the companies discretion on how to proceed. 4. Please contact us for guarantee replacement fee's and name transfer fee's.
