All claims must be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Original documentation, reports, quotes and guarantee certificates must be sent to us whilst in the process of making a claim. In the event the documents can not be provided, it will be to the companies discretion on how to proceed. To ensure the guarantee documents are valid we have the the right to request proof of property ownership to check against the put forward guarantee.
A re-inspection of the concerned area's will be arranged. The company has a right to charge a fee for re-inspecting work carried out more than 12 months prior to the completion date on the guarantee certificate. Fees charged for re-inspecting works are not reimbursable. Contact us for more details.
1. We reserve the right to re-inspect any previously treated areas before agreeing to the name transfer of a guarantee and to decline any guarantee transfer. 2. By accepting the transfer of this guarantee the new beneficiary agrees to all terms and conditions and additions under which the guarantee was originally issued. 3. All original relevant documentation must be presented when making a claim. In the event that documentation is presented incomplete, it will be the companies discretion on how to proceed. 4. Please contact us for guarantee replacement fee's and name transfer fee's. 5. In the event of a claim, any documentation put forward to us with suspected infringements will void the entire content of the guarantee.
Our terms and conditions for guarantees has been updated 2022. Upon using the guarantee certificate you will be sent a copy of the new terms and conditions. Please request if not automatically sent.
