To Make a Claim

All claims must be made via email to

Original documentation, reports, quotes and guarantee certificates must be sent over to us whilst in the process of making the claim. In the event the documents can not be provided it will be to the companies discretion on how to proceed. 

A re-inspection of the concerned area will be arranged. The company has a right to charge a fee for re-inspecting work carried out more than 12 months prior to the date started on the guarantee certificate. Fees charged for re-inspecting works are not reimbursable. Contact us for more details. 

1. We reserve the right to re-inspect any previously treated areas before agreeing to the name transfer of a guarantee and to decline any guarantee transfer. 2. By accepting the transfer of this guarantee, the new beneficiary agrees to all terms and conditions and additions under which the guarantee was originally issued. 3. All original relevant documentation must be presented when making a claim. In the event that documentation is presented incomplete, it will be the companies discretion on how to proceed. 4.
